HWH Hydraulic levelling systems for light and heavy vehicles

HWH has stabilisation systems for applications from 1800 kg per jack. Depending on the application, we have systems with a capacity of 11 tonnes per jack, thus allowing you to level vehicles from two tonnes up to a maximum of thirty tonnes.

The system is extremely simple in operation. Thanks to a compact operating system, you can lift and level a vehicle within seconds. Depending on the vehicle, 2 or 4 singly operating jacks are mounted.

A complete levelling system consists of: Two or four jacks, an operating and control unit; a pump unit with 12V engine (or 24V), a wiring set, hydraulic hoses and HWH oil. Total weight from 28 kg.

• Fast and economical. A hydraulic system works faster and is more durable than an electrical or mechanical system, and can lift heavier loads.
• Universal. The system is suitable for all types of vehicles, irrespective of the weight that requires stabilisation or levelling.
• Comfort. The vehicle sits as solid as a house and does not wobble. This is an advantage as regards cooking, sleeping, showering or setting the satellite antenna.
• Ease of operation. You operate the system from behind the wheel with feather-light controls.
• Independent of the weather. Even in bad weather, you can operate the system from the cabin. And when you want to drive away, a simple command from within the cabin is enough.
• On difficult foundations (excepting extreme situations). Even if the jack is suspended over a cavity, the system will only stabilise when all the jacks touch the ground.
• Speed of extension and retraction. Within 60 seconds, the vehicle is standing level and stable. In emergency situations, the vehicle is ready to drive within a few seconds.
• Lifting. This can be done with both sides independent of each other, so that the vehicle is always level.
• Simultaneous lifting. The system raises both sides at the same time, so that the chassis is prevented from turning.
• Spring retraction. The pistons are retracted using springs, so that the jacks stand horizontally. No electrical power is required and you can move straight away. The horizontal stand prevents the jacks from sagging.
• Added convenience. You can tilt the vehicle in order to empty tanks. In the winter, the vehicle can rest on the jacks, thus preserving the tyres.
• Safety. The system will not work without the handbrake. When the ignition is switched on, red lamps give warning of an extended jack.
